ALMANAH HOPE

It’s been an interesting year so far. The pandemic has opened up the truth at all sides. Life is no longer going to be the same, as it is changing history, practices, and redefinition of life itself.

It’s no longer history that widowhood in Africa needs attention especially our #nigeria
The history is that attention is here to begin from and with the number angel.
Her empowerment of bread and butter is about to be taken further to her rights and protection where she can be empowered to find her power.
Join us this on the webinar as we commemorate international widows day theme; building widows agenda from Covid-19.

It’s going to be the launching of widows database by the Honorable Minister Of Women Affairs, a demographic database of widows is a great tool for the government at all levels, organization, NGOs and philanthropic individuals to develop facilities that will help widows all around our nation build back their lives.
We are going to be discussing “the widow’s protection bill,” Cherie Blair said it all “ for many women, becoming a widow does not just mean the heartache of losing a husband, but often losing everything else as well.” The practice of stripping a woman on the death of her husband is becoming a norm to which we need to nip at the bud before it turns a culture.
The time has come to redefine the culture of widowhood in Nigeria with politics, facilities, media, education, and entertainment.

Watch out for Special guest speakers which included very important stakeholders in the business of women, journalists & policies
